Shipping policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed promptly on the same business day upon receipt of your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Please note that shipping times may be impacted by postal service delays beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:


Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The additional cost is determined by your Postal Code through the courier company. We charge you exactly what they charge us.

Canada-Wide and US-Wide Delivery:
We deliver to all Canadian provinces.

In-Store Pickup:
You can opt for local pickup at 140 Bond St W, Oshawa, ON L1J 2L6. Your order will usually be ready within 1 to 5 business days. We will email you when it's ready for pickup. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am - 12:30 pm. Please bring your order confirmation email for pickup.

Order Status:
Upon shipment, you'll receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of shipping confirmation, contact us at parts@ontariomotors.com with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
We utilize various couriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, & Purolator. If you have a preference, let us know, and we'll accommodate where possible.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, original condition items, minus shipping costs.
- For damaged items, email us promptly at parts@ontariomotors.com with your order number and photo for resolution.

Note: We don't accept returns for generators.
